These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of any 3D/2D content ("Content") offered for download and purchase through the Platform. By using the Platform and downloading or purchasing any Content, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Personal and Commercial Use Rights

1.1. Personal and Commercial Use: Upon acquiring the Content, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Content for both personal and commercial purposes, provided it complies with the terms of this agreement.

2. Usage Restrictions

2.1. Use in Video Games or Virtual Reality: You are not allowed to use the Content as assets in video games or virtual reality experiences without the express written consent of the copyright holder of the Content. (Please contact us if you would like another type of license)

2.2. Sharing or Distribution: It is not permitted to share, resell, rent, sublicense, or distribute the Content to third parties in any way, whether for free or for commercial purposes.

2.3. Uploading to Other Platforms: Uploading, publishing, or distributing the Content on other platforms for download or public use is not allowed without the express written consent of the copyright holder of the Content.

2.4 Merchant Resourse: Some products will be Merchant Resourses or "MR" means that you can use the product for the creation of other products as long as you make some type of customization in the final product. Example but not limited to. Shapes and morphs, mixed and "baked" into the base figure. Textures, "baked" on the UV map. Skin textures, blended or modified into the character's final skin. Also, if it is mentioned that it is for a specific figure, you may NOT use it in another figure or another generation of figures.

2.5 Freebies: This products are not intended to be used for the creation of a product or part of a new product, and may be used personally and commercially under the above points.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, in the Content are the exclusive property of the copyright holder of the Content. Purchasing or downloading the Content does not grant you any ownership rights, except for the limited usage rights expressly granted in these Terms.

4. Liability

You acknowledge that the Content is provided "as is," and you assume all responsibility for its use. We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use or download of the Content.

5. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective once posted on the Platform. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the Content and the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms.
